Norton Antivirus is having some kind of issue with Haloscan (the comments here on BHFH). I'm told they're working on it.

If you are unable to comment due to Norton here's the fix.

Open Norton. Go to Personal Firewall - Configure, then to Networking tab. Select add and enter in www.haloscan.com as a trusted site.

Sorry for any problems.
